Customer owns outreach

OwnerRoll provides data exports derived from publicly available license and corporate filings. You are the sole sender of any email, call, mail, or message to contacts in a pack. Null World Marketing and OwnerRoll do not send outreach on your behalf.

Compliance is your responsibility

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act and state email marketing rules
• TCPA and state telemarketing restrictions
• Do-not-call registries where applicable
• Portal terms of use for source systems

Not a consumer report

OwnerRoll data is not a consumer report and must not be used for FCRA-covered purposes (employment, credit, insurance, housing eligibility).

Data quality & formation honesty

We cite sources and perform QA before delivery, but public records can be stale or incomplete. Formation year and tenure in packs prefer SOS corporate filing dates over license issue dates when both exist — the CSV source_citations column shows which field was used. OwnerRoll does not predict that a business will sell; age cohorts and seller-intent scores are screening signals only.

You accept records as-is for business contact use after your own review.

Payment & delivery

Invoicing and delivery timelines are confirmed per order. Refunds are handled case-by-case for material quality failures documented at delivery.
